With more than 22 years’ experience as General Manager in the Danish owned production company Sika Footwear in Western Ukraine, his experience and knowledge of doing business in Ukraine is very strong.

Lars worked as an investment board advisor for the Danish Investment Fund (IO and IFU) for 8 years in Ukraine. His economical background in enterprises economy is strong. He had several board advisor roles for Danish companies investing in Ukraine during the years.

He established the European Business Association in Western Ukraine and was Chairman of the board from 2005-2009 where he started the Danish Business Association. Here he is President till now. When working close with foreign companies and Ukrainian authorities the way of solving investment barriers is an easy task.
