1. Introduction


Welcome to Danish Business Association!


“DBA Ukraine” LLC (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Company”) operates https://dba-ukraine.com/ (“Service”).


Our Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the webpages located at https://dba-ukraine.com/ and its subdomains and also explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

(a) First Name, Last Name and Patronymic Name (if available);

(b) Position in the company you work at;

(c) Name of the company you work at;

(d) Citizenship/nationality;

(e) Date of birth;

(f) Email address (e-mail);

(g) Contact telephone number.

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by emailing at the email address specified in Section 18.


Usage Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When you access Service with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

6. Retention of Data


We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide:

(a) Disclosure for Law Enforcement.

Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

9. Security of Data


The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


10. Your Data Protection Rights under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:

(a) the right to request and receive all the information we have about you. You have the right to see what Personal Data we have about you and the way/how we are using such information. You also have the right to know how long we plan to store your Personal Data and the reason for keeping such information for that particular length of time.

(b) the right to request to delete the information. You have a right to ask to delete all the Personal Data (we are entitled to deny your request under the grounds stipulated by the GDPR);

(c) the right of rectification. You have the right to have your Personal Data corrected or updated if such information is inaccurate or incomplete;

(d) the right to object. You have the right to object to any processing of your Personal Data by the Company;

(e) the right to stop and restrict. You have the right to request to restrict or stop processing of your personal information (please note that while processing is restricted, we are still allowed to keep storing your data);

(f) the right to data portability. You (or your third party designate) have the right to be provided with a copy of your Personal Data in a structured, machine-readable and commonly used format;

(g) the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to process your personal information at any time.

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. Please note, we may not able to provide Service without some necessary data.


You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data. For more information, please contact your local Data Protection Authority in the European Economic Area (EEA). But, in any case we will be pleased if you will contact us first.


11. Your Data Protection Rights under California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)


The CalOPPA is the first state law in the United States of America to require commercial websites and online services to publish privacy policies. This law extends far beyond California, requiring any person or company in the United States (and possibly worldwide) that operates web pages that collect personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a policy on their web page that clearly states the information that is collected, the persons to whom it is shared, and compliance with such policies (link).


In accordance with the CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

(a) users can visit our Service anonymously;

(b) our link to this Policy contains the word “Privacy” and can be easily found on the home page of our Service;

(c) users will be notified of any changes to this data handling policy on our page with the text of this Policy;

(d) users can change their personal information by sending us an email to our email address.


Our “Do Not Track” Policy:

We respect “Do Not Track” settings and do not track, place cookies or use advertising when such settings are selected. “Do Not Track” setting is a setting you can set in your web browser to tell web pages that you do not want to be tracked.

You can turn the “Do Not Track” setting on or off in the “Options” or “Settings” tab of your web browser.


12. Your Data Protection Rights under California Consumer Privacy Act (CPPA)


If your place of registration is in California, you have the right to know what data we collect about you, to request the deletion of your data and not to sell (transfer) it. To exercise your data protection rights, you can make certain requests and ask us:

(a) What Personal Data we have about you. If you make such request, we will notify you:

i) Categories of Personal Data we have collected about you.

ii) Categories of sources from which we collect your Personal Data.

iii) Business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your Personal Data.

iv) Categories of third parties to whom we share your Personal Data.

v) Specific pieces of Personal Data we have collected about you.

vi) A list of the categories of Personal Data that we have sold, together with the categories of any other company to which we have sold it. If we have not sold your Personal Data, we will notify you of this fact.

vii) A list of the categories of Personal Data that we have disclosed for a commercial purpose, together with the category of any other company with which we have shared it.

Please note that you have the right to ask us to provide you with the above information no more than 2 times within 12 months. When you make this request, the information provided may be limited to the Personal Data we have collected about you in the 12 months preceding such request.

(b) Delete your personal information. If you make such a request, we will delete the Personal Data we hold about you as of the date of your request from our records and request any service providers to do the same. In some cases, deletion can be accomplished by de-personalizing information. If you choose to delete your Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain features of our Service that require your Personal Data.

(c) Stop selling your Personal Data. We do not sell or provide your Personal Data to third parties for any purpose. You are the sole owner of your Personal Data and can request disclosure or deletion at any time.

Please note that if you ask us to delete or stop selling your data, it may affect your experience with us and you may not be able to participate in certain member programs or services that require you to use your Personal Data. But under no circumstances will we discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.


Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

14. Behavioral Remarketing


We use remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimise and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

Google Ads (AdWords) remarketing service is provided by Google Inc.

16. Children’s Privacy


Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 (“Child” or “Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 18. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
