PwC Ukraine, in cooperation with the Danish Business Association, is pleased to invite you to a closed-door practical session for Danish companies active in Ukraine or exploring market entry opportunities and strategies.


As Ukraine continues to operate under wartime conditions while simultaneously advancing recovery and attracting international investment, businesses are navigating an increasingly complex landscape - combining operational challenges, regulatory scrutiny and compliance requirements.


Drawing on PwC’s on-the-ground experience supporting international investors and leading companies across sectors, this session is designed to provide practical insights, tested approaches and forward-looking guidance relevant to companies managing real operations and planning long-term engagement in Ukraine.


What to expect


The session will cover the following key areas:


I. Operating in Ukraine during wartime

Real-life cases, key risk areas and response approaches based on PwC Ukraine’s client experience across industries


II. Audits and inspections under martial law

How to prepare for and navigate interactions with the State Tax Service and the State Labour Service, with a focus on practical readiness and risk mitigation


III. Entering and structuring business in Ukraine

Key tax, legal and employment considerations for Danish companies establishing or expanding their presence in the Ukrainian market


The session will combine focused insights with interactive discussion, allowing participants to address specific questions and exchange perspectives with PwC experts and with peers operating in Ukraine.

Danish Initiative of Veterans coming back to work.

Dear DBA members,



We are currently working on a social project collecting experience from Danish companies for how you are getting veterans back to normal life and back to work.

Ukraine has recognized that the social problem is huge and will be bigger by time. They are asking DBA for help in identifying ways to solve the crises based on Danish company’s experience.

Ukraine wants to make the most efficient program for veterans based on facts already proven.


With this, we would like to invite Danish companies to tell your story of how your company is involving veterans and getting them back to work.



Invitation to an online event on Tuesday 18 August 2026 at 13.00-17.00.

Please register latest 10 August 2026.

The presentation shall be done in English language in max 30 min.



Please make your presentation max 6 PP slice including the following information.

1. Project overview/idea/impact

2. Background/Key Findings/Opportunities

3. Which working positions veterans takes in your company/How do you manage qualifications.

4. Are you involving any medical experts such as phycologists etc.

5. Implementation plan time.
